About Me
I have been teaching for 26 years. My students range from kindergarten to adult, through beginner to advanced. My goal is to give each student a solid foundation in piano performance.
My students are given opportunities to perform in recitals and music club events.
I am a member of the New Jersey Federation Music Clubs and NJPVMTA.
My Musical Education Background
I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in piano performance. I have studied under the direction of Irwin Buchner, Eleanor Statemore, Edmund Battersby, and Barbara Holmquest.
Genres and Subjects Taught
I teach classical and pop pieces. All pieces are carefully chosen to teach technique and musical expression. I also include technical exercises and theory in the lesson.

My Musical Influences
I have been influenced by all of my teachers. My first teacher studied in Germany and gave me a very strong classical foundation. My last three teachers were graduates of the Julliard School. They have given me a great deal of musical knowledge. Their expertise in the field allows me to pass it on to my own students.
