About Me
My life is dedicated to teaching and encouraging children to grow toward their full potential. I especially enjoy teaching beginners the new language of reading music, and challenging students who have played piano before to express themselves musically. In addition to piano lessons, I offer Stories, Music, and Imagery sessions for children, and support groups for teens.

My Musical Influences
I was fortunate to grow up in a home where music was loved and appreciated. Piano lessons taught me to read the language of music. Band, orchestra, and chorus experiences in school helped me realize my goal to help children experience the joy of music. College and graduate school years opened new doorways to the world of music. My years of teaching allowed me to bring the world of music to hundreds of children. My training in music and imagery brought the connection to inner experiences evoked by beautiful music.
