About Me
I have been an Independent Piano Teacher for more than 25 years. I specialize in teaching students of all abilities to succeed in playing the piano with artistry and enjoyment.

Genres and Subjects Taught
I offer a comprehensive piano study program which includes performance of both solos and duets, sightreading, theory, technique, and composition. Although I emphasize classical study, students also play popular pieces and jazz. I hold informal piano parties as well as a formal recital in the spring. In addition, students have opportunities to play in National Piano Guild Auditions, PMTA Recitals, and a Fall and Spring Festival.
Lesson Rates
Students Receive 34 lessons during the academic year . Please contact me for current rates. Besides the individual lesson, tuition includes several informal piano parties, a winter recital, spring recital, and opportunities to play in the National Piano Guild Auditions and other Festivals.

Jane is a terrific teacher!! She is patient, kind encouraging and challenging! My son has been taking lessons with her for about 3 years and not only has his piano skills improved but also his musicality in general which helps him with the other instruments he plays. He loves coming to lessons every week and enjoys the parties and recitals, not to mention being able to participate in festivals and the National Guild Association. Jane is simply the best!!
