About Me
My goal is for the student to not only learn but enjoy each lesson. Having a countdown play until the next lesson is what I go for. It's black and white. Color your world.
My Musical Education Background
I have an excellent background in music being adjudicated since the age of 8. I studied both piano and sax at Biola University. My masters degree in education along with my many years teaching in elementary schools allows me to reach many types of learning styles. I am known for having an excellent rapport with students.
Genres and Subjects Taught
My focus is on classical music. Students get a full musical education as they dive into the lives of composers and create art and poetry inspired by conversations during lessons. Theory is hands on rather than homework. Students do not simply get piano lessons. They receive so much more. I defy you to find a more complete experience.
