About Me

I started playing the piano at age 9 and gave my first recital in 1989 at 18. I studied piano in Germany with Prof. W. Wagenhäuser at Trossingen University and also participated in several Master Classes with Prof. V. Margulis, Prof. V. Banfield, Prof. K.-H. Kämmerling, Prof. J. Demus and Prof. Y. Bernette. After receiving the piano teacher and pianist degree (in Germany called "Music teacher diploma"), I began teaching and have gained a lot of teaching experience in the last 25 years.
During my first year in the Morristown area I have played for numerous occasions, including a standing room only concert at Perk Prater Hall, Rose Center, theater productions at Walters State Community College and my local debut at Arts in the Park 2008.

I am serving as church pianist at First Baptist Church Morristown and working as staff pianist at Carson Newman University in Jefferson City.

I teach Classical Piano (incl. some pop if desired) from Beginning to Advanced levels.

Lesson Rates

30-minutes lessons: $ 60.00 per month
45-minutes lessons: $ 90.00 per month
60-minutes lessons: $ 120.00 per month
