About Me
I am an experienced teacher for both acoustic and digital piano featuring traditional piano methods, my "fast forward" method specifically designed for the adult student, and innovative methods for improvisation.
I began teaching in a private studio 31 years ago. Over the course of time, I was lured back to teaching while continuing my love of performance, improvisation, arranging and, eventually, writing original compositions. Whether it’s reinforcing the basics needed to inspire primary students forward as they learn to read music and understand the fundamentals of true musicianship or mentoring advanced students as they realize their potential, I am teacher for all ages and abilities. My “Fast Forward” method for adult students is bringing the thrill of entertaining to adults and older piano enthusiasts. Chord clinics available!
My Musical Education Background
College/University training in music and education. More than 30 years experience in teaching and piano performance.
Experienced arranger and composer. Bachelor of Science degree.

Children: $25/half hour
Adults: $30/half hour, $50/full hour
