About Me
Sadie Teter, BM MM I began my teaching career in 2013 and knew it was the right choice from the start. I started taking piano lessons at age 11, fell in love with music, and knew it was something I would always carry with me. I graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Pedagogy from West Virginia University in 2014 and a Master of Music degree in Piano Pedagogy from WVU in 2015. I love teaching all ages and abilities from young children to adults. My teaching is focused on Classical piano style and repertoire, but can be tailored to suit your other musical goals such as improvisation, pop chords, beginning jazz, or just learning to play for fun! I focus on keeping my lessons creative, fun, and engaging while always encouraging my students to grow and meet their goals. Music is a beautiful gift and is also challenging and rewarding!
