About Me

I grew up in California, received my first recorder at age 5, began performing with my church recorder ensamble at age 6. at age 8 took Clarinet in school band and shifted to Bass Clarinet to give the band some bottom sound. Marched Trumpet in High School and then Tuba. Took 6 semesters of Begining Band and learned a new instrument  each semester. Preformed in Marching Band, Pep Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band Jazz Band, District  Honor Band, County Honor Band and State Honor Band, and the Pit Orchestra for School Musicals. In College I studied Instrumental Instruction where I was intruduced to String, Brass, Woodwin, Percussion and Keyboards. I Performed with the Marching Band, Pep Band, Jazz Band and Concert Band and Cartune a house band that performed for Small Theatre Productions and Local Steak house.

1971-1974 Studied Music Education at Alta Loma High School, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 1975-1975 Studied Music Education at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA 1975-1977 Studied Music Education at California State University Fullerton CA 1977-1981 US Navy Qualified Submarines as a Missile Technician 1981-1983 US Navy Navel Training Center Band Performed with Sounds of Swing Big Band, Allen's Music Masters Big Band, Woody Herman's Young Thundering Heard, Cartune House Band, To Many Theaters to Count, Rieck's Hicks Bluegrass Band With 41 years of experience our Instructors offer lessons on the Following Instruments:   WOODWINDS: Piccolo, Flute, Oboe, Soprano Clarinet, Alto Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Soprano Saxophone, Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Baritone Saxophone, Sopranino Recorder, Soprano Recorder, Alto Recorder, Tenor Recorder, Bass Recorder, Fife, Penny Whistle, Ocarina, Indian Oboe, Bagpipe Chanter, Jug.   BRASSWINDS: Bugle, Cornet, Trumpet, Flugel Horn, Mellophone, French Horn, Bb Trombone, F Trigger Trombone, Bass Trombone, Baritone, Euphonium, Double Bell Euphonium, Tuba, Sousaphone, Contra Bass Bugle.   STRINGS: Violin, Viola, Cello, String Bass, Fiddle, Mandolin, Banjo, Acoustic Guitar, Doghouse Bass, Ukulele, Baritone Ukulele, Dulcimer, Autoharp, Celtic Lap Harp.   PERCUSSION: Snare Drum, Bells, Drum Set, Washboard.   KETBOARDS: Piano, Organ   Our Master Repair Technician Repair Restore And sometimes Resurrect Your Woodwind, Brass and String Instruments.   We offer New and Used instruments for Sale.
