About Me
I have been playing guitar professionally over 40 + years . I am mostly self taught by ear . I am disabled now and retired . I teach because I like to see people enjoy music they create almost as much as creating it myself ..
My Musical Education Background
Self taught mostly , I took some lessons from Kurt Grey of the Pink Flamingos way back when Kurt taught at Elmores music on Glen . I started playing at 6 took a break 8-14 .. Then I started becoming serious .. It's a gift .. Music is in your heart . The wrong music can hurt you .. The right music can heal you ..

Rock , folk , bluegrass, reggae, blues , funk, jazz, no rap sorry .. All levels .. Speciality is never played before .. I can get you on a very fast track to the skills you will need to work on ..

This will be discussed at the first lesson after the assesment of where you are at as a player .

My Musical Influences
Now this is true .I have been working mainly on my own songs the last 30 years with my band KYNETYK.. Whiich is currently not gigging as I am disabled currently ..Retired .. Influences were a lot of metal until 1995. , Then I switched to alt rock, and bluegrass , folk, reggae, funk, blues , country .. String cheese incident . Jazz mandolin project, Phish, Tom Petty, Bob Marley , Gratefuldead, To many others to list
