About Me
I believe music should be fun. Together, we make that happen. My students, ages 6 through 78, receive lessons designed just for them. I love teaching and the challenge of each student and each lesson. And I'm thrilled by the number of former students who have gone on to become music teachers and perpetuate the love and learning of music.
My Musical Education Background
My mother was an excellent musician and had me playing piano and beginning formal studies at a very early age. Through middle school and high school I studied piano, organ, and voice with teachers at Butler University. I have a Master of Arts in musical performance.
Genres and Subjects Taught
Classical, pop, sacred, some jazz and music theory.

My Certifications and Awards
My awards are rewards - former students who will always have music central in their lives. Also, 3 college music professors, 17 school music teachers, and 7 church music directors.

Lola Wolfe is a fantastic piano teacher. My husband took lessons from her when he was a kid and think Lola was in her teens. My husband was known for making keys sing on "House of the Rising Son". My twin daughters and I took lessons from Lola in 80's. My girls went on to play at recitals. I'm in my 60's now and starting to play again. Lola is a remarkable lady, teacher and dear friend.
