Judy Malings offers singing lessons and vocal coaching in pop, rock, jazz, R&B, Broadway and other styles, audition prep, song interpretation, sight singing, stage presence and performance, mic technique, songwriting, and special "Glee Workshops and Summer Camps. Portland singing lessons and vocal coaching is offered at our comfortable studios conveniently located at Musikhaus in the Goose Hollow neighborhood of Portland, close to public transportation with ample parking available. Lessons are personalized to meet the needs of each student, regardless of their age or experience. Whether you are looking for singing lessons, vocal coaching, voice therapy, audition prep , or basic voice lessons, our Portland, Oregon vocal studio offer you a relaxed and supportive environment to nurture and expand your talent.

The technique I teach (Speech Level Singing) can be used in all genres to strengthen your instrument and improve range and tone and sing through your range smoothly.
As a vocal coach, my primary focus is contemporary styles such as pop, jazz, R&B, rock and musical theater.
Lesson Rates
I offer a free trial 30 minute lesson with no further obligation.
After the trial, my rates are $30 for weekly 30 minute lessons, $45 for weekly 45 minute lessons or $60 for weekly 60 minute lessons.
