About Me
I am teaching for 17+ years and my students have fun studying, learning and performing music. I customize my lessons to the student's needs.
I am a very active musician with a lot of experience, teaching and performing music of different styles and also singing Greek and English pop and folk songs. I participated in many cultural and musical events as a director or performer and I am still participating in many events.
I am currently member of two choirs and I am coaching the choir at my community.
I am also a member of various music groups.
I do public and private performances with musical groups, solo and also with my students.
My Musical Education Background
M.A in MUSIC PERFORMANCE from MONTCLAIR State University.
B.A in MUSIC EDUCATION from NEW JERSEY CITY UNIVERSITY.
Studied at MANNES SCHOOL OF MUSIC,
TRINITY COLLEGE OF MUSIC and
GREEK NATIONAL MUSIC SCHOOL.
Genres and Subjects Taught
Guitar (pop, rock, classical, jazz), music theory, sight reading and ear training. Greek and English pop and folk songs. Piano lessons.
Private and group lessons.
Lesson Rates
$25 for half hour. $45 per hour. One free introductory lesson and one free lesson after every 10 hours of lessons are completed. Please specify if you want to learn Greek or English for singing and also specify what level you are for each subject you want to study. I offer music lessons at my studio.
