About Me
Start or continue your piano lessons with a professional pianist and composer who enjoys teaching. Dr. Batista has over 30 years experience teaching and performing. My music studio also offers piano lessons with other qualified instructors at reasonable prices. All instructors are background checked and are excellent at their craft. We are currently teaching in-person lessons at our studio in Riverside and virtual lessons via Zoom.
My Musical Education Background
Doctor of Musical Arts - University of California, Santa Barbara Master of Music - San Francisco Conservatory of Music Bachelor of Music - San Francisco Conservatory of Music All the other instructors have at least a Bachelor degree in music.
Genres and Subjects Taught
We teach classical, pop and other contemporary styles. We specialize in classical piano instruction. We offer in-person piano lessons on selected days only.
Lesson Rates
Piano - $35 for 30 minutes, $55 for 45 minutes, $70 for 1 hour
Piano Lessons with Dr. Batista - $40 for 30 minutes, prices go up for a longer lesson time
Ages / Skill Levels Taught
We accept students from 7 years of age and up. We teach all levels of piano lessons. Each private lesson is tailored to the individual student according to their needs and goals. We teach recreational music for students that want to enjoy making music for the fun of it. We also teach lessons that are structured and designed for the student that wants to learn the true art of piano performance.
My Certifications and Awards
I belong to the Music Teacher's Association of California and the Music Teacher's National Association. I have won awards and honorary mentions for my piano compositions.
