About Me
Hello! My name is Alyssa Becker, and I teach private guitar and voice lessons in my home studio in Charlestown, NH.
Genres and Subjects Taught
VOICE ~ I use my own curriculum that I specialize for each unique student, including breathing exercises, vocal techniques, vocal exercises, and stretching. This of course is combined with pieces that the student and I will choose together As a classically trained soprano, I prioritize learning and teaching foundational vocal techniques; including breath support, phonation, resonance, diction, and the release of tension. Your voice is unique and organic. I can’t wait to help you unlock this special instrument!
Classical guitar: I use the Christopher Parkening Method, interspersed with other technique books and exercises given at my discretion.

Lesson Rates
For lesson rates, I charge $20 for a half hour lesson, and $40 for an hour lesson.
Ages / Skill Levels Taught
Classical Guitar: I teach beginner to early advanced guitar lessons. Must be seven years or older to begin classical guitar lessons.
Acustic Guitar: I teacher beginer to early intermediate acustic guitar. Must be five years or older to begin acustic guitar lessons.
Voice: I teach all voice types and skill levels. Must be 15 years or older to begin voice lessons.
