About Me
Hello, I am a friendly and professional piano instructor. I have been teaching piano in San Gabriel, CA for over 20 years. Please tell me more about your child. What activities does your child enjoy? My teaching goal is to put a confident smiliein your child at the end of each lesson.
I have a BM in Music from Eastman School of Music in New York and a MA in Music from UCLA. I am also members of MTAC (Music Teachers' Assassination of California (MTAC) and Music Teachers National Association (MTNA). Currently I am a CM piano adjudicator for MTAC. My students have the opportunities to perform in my biannual recitals. They can also participate in CM and annual convention (both organized by MTAC). I teach classical, pop and jazz music. Besides piano, I also teach music theory and ear training and sightreading. I enjoy teaching and most of my students continue to play piano after graduating from my studio
